Shipping & Returns
You may return most items at your own expense within 7 business days of receipt for store credit or exchange with a resotcking fee of 7%. We will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit. We highly recommend you use a carrier that provides a tracking service. All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Damaged Items/ Incorrect Items
We offer free return and shipping services for damaged items or incorrect items. Please notify us within 3 business days of receipt. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with further insutrctions. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt.
Any orders after the 7 business day grace period will not be accepted and we will assumed order to be received with no issues.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Log into your store and go to My Account
- Go to Completed Orders, then click on Return Item(s) next to the item you wish to return
- Fill out the required information
- Click Submit Return Request
Once we have processed and approved your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
WESTMOON ships to all 50 United States and U.S. territories: Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only via UPS. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.
